At Euzeo, we want you to love the scent in your drive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, please get in touch with us at support@euzeo.com with your order number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges We're happy to offer exchanges for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like to swap for a different product, please contact us at support@euzeo.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for items that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
